HOW TO ORDER: Email orders@compass.cards with a link to your site, a good contact, and anything else you'd like us to know.


PAYMENT: Orders must be prepaid in full, including shipping. If we do not have money for the thing, we will not ship said thing. (We feel like this makes sense, but some people need it spelled out.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )


CHANGES: They do happen, don't they? Wherever the wind blows you, we're happy to support your new direction. Out of respect to our business (and yours), strive to have your fickle moment within 48 hours of placing your order. Outside that window, you may be subject to our loving, "You made your bed; you must lay in it." policy. (Translation: no refunds.)


DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total during the invoicing stage. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.


DAMAGES: Please contact Compass Cards at orders@compass.cards within three days of receipt if anything is damaged. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than fifteen days after receipt.
